Jane Monoto - UIF claims

I have been on waiting for the payout since march.. I have been to maponya mall uif center.. They sat I must call Jane Monoto.. Been on the phone trying to call her since 8H00 this morning.. No answer, like she would hv tine for me... I am extremely upset and disappointed at their services.. This is what u get when u dealing with black on black customer service.
