I've been claiming my maternity UIF to labour for 4 months now since from August

I've been claiming my maternity UIF to labour for 4 months now since from August. Then i went back last week on Wednesday to check what is going on because even if there's something that shots they don't call.so i went there and promise them that am gonna open a case against the company then immediately they send me R3300 then they said i must come on Monday to sign for R200 which is i don't understand how after i stayed for 4 months. but i did go to sign for it even now i haven't receive anything....
