I've app**** online on the 29th of August for my maternity benefit

I've app**** online on the 29th of August for my maternity benefit. On the 4th of September the status changed to rejected. I've called the department to follow up on why status went to rejected. The consultant assisting me advised that I sent through my documents then follow up in two hours. I sent the documents through and received correspondence the same day to inform me that the documents was received and to give the relevant department time to process it. I then followed up on the 8th as the status was still on rejected to which the agent evaluated the documents and advised me to resend the UI 19 and salary schedule due to to a signature date error. I've made contact with my employer and sent through the documents promptly. I've also actively been engaging with a DOL representative via email but To date the status remains on rejected
