I am very dissappointend and angry at how the employees in alberton manipulates thier peole and i am lost for word at how they treat every situation as normal because they're are used to complaints forgetting that they dealing with different person each day. Im so frustrated at how poor and disgusting thier service is. I went at alberton for my maternity befefit that was november between 27 and the lady who was assisting me asked for documents of which i did provide . she requested i come back on 3rd of january 2019 to my suprise when i was about to submitt payment i was told that payment blocked for November due to my surname its not corresponding with thiers and i need to go at the bank to change surname and i ddnt have a problem i went the same day on the 3rd and i came back and i was asked to be assistat by some guy and he requestes i feel all the necessary documents and he scaned them and advised i wait for 10 days but he kept on say why is the payment blocking and im like is it because of my seurname and he said no the system has the correct surname and he kept on asking himself y is it blocking and he advise me to come back after 10ndays if i didnt receive the payment ... So i went back on 28 of January 2019 and i went to the supervisor and told her i havent received my payment and she called me to har office and asked for my id and the payment came back as blocked and so she tried to open up her system but her computer was slow she asked me to sit by the enquiries and i went by the counter anothet different person checked on the systme uploaded documents i submitted on the 3rd of january and he told me the documents are incorrect was asked to fill in forms again and he assured me that the issue will be resolved that he knows what his doing. So the supervisor came at the counter and the guy who was helping that he needs to also scan my id and bring the documents she will forward them so they can approve my application and she told me shel call me even till today i havent received any sms or reference number or a call from the supervisor . i need my maternity benefit i mean im contributing so its due to me im so mad thier service its beyong terrible and disgusting.
