Irritated and annoyed

I am beyond disappointed. I have app**** for UIF in August and requested for payment on the 18th of August but till today I have not received a single payment. Everytine there are new errors. I went on the 6th of October after receiving an email that the payment has been blocked I am told after 15 working days woo hae this is my money Iam not applying for a loan guys. This is unfair.
