IRATE MUM

I have been on maternity leave since October , i am currently awaiting my payment which i have submitted online they have blocked my payment saying my banking details are incorrect even after me submitting 3 months bank statements. they continuously request the same documents over email every time i enquire on the progress of my claim. i have emails for individual who sometime respond saying all is in order but then i receive an email looking for documents its become impossible to deal with people you cannot speak to is there anybody that can assist
