Inhuman treatment of workers at labor department in Brakpan

My aunt has recently went on pension and was advised to visit the labor offices in Brakpan. She arrived at 7am and left at 4pm without receiving any assistance. Only a few people were at work and people have to stand on a queue the whole day. I would like the manager of this department to take responsibility of what is happening there. It is u human to let people who need assistance to sit outside in the son without any help!!
