inefficient and callous employees

I have been to the dept. of labour chatsworth branch 6 times since the 22/12/2017 to apply for unemployment benefits. on some instances 2 times in one day. on every occasion i was given different instructions with regards to the requirements and the forms that need to be completed. i was also asked to change details on forms and when returned with the changes the consultant then assisting would say the forms did not have to be changed and is now incorrect..this went on totaling 6 visits to the dept. i was then given a date of 19/01/2018 to sign in for benefits. on that day i was then told that some of my forms are missing/not scanned into the system. forms that was lost by the consultant that assisted me on the 22/12/2017. i had obtained the forms and returned and was told that i would be called 3 days later to sign in, however to date which is 2 weeks later no call and i still do not know what has happened to my application.....it seems that nobody cares or want to do their jobs..we are at their mercy , their bad attitudes and unsympathetic behavior..it seems that all the staff at that branch wants to do is leave early like 10am or 2.30 or 3pm its a paid holiday..please assist in the way forward as i do require my benefits
