Indespicable customer service in Pretoria office

<p>To say the service in Pretoria office of Dept of Labour - UIF claims is appalling is an understatement, it simply doesn't exist. I have been waiting for 3 months for my UIF and yesterday when I went to check for it again, it hadn't even been captured yet. The assistant manager there, Johanna Maleka who was supposed to listen to my story, sat on a personal call for 26 minutes while I was standing in her office for her to attend to me. Mrs Oliphant (minister) please take down the principles of Batsho Pele hanging there. Your department is clueless as to why they even have to look at them. Appalled and disgusted.</p>
