Incopetent service from the UIF call centre line and the branch in maponya mall

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the Labour branch at Maponya Mall.

I submitted all the required documents over five months ago; however, I have still not received my payment. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I continue to receive inconsistent information from different agents, many of whom appear unsure of the correct procedures.

This delay and lack of clear communication are unacceptable and have caused significant frustration.
