INCOMPITANT STAFF

Good day, Not sure if this will even help to complain. I was retrenched and my UIF documents was sent through with all of the attached. You wait forever for them to come back to me and yet still NO ANSWER OR FEEDBACK. The last 2 weeks I have been sending mails every day to get a responds. So I did and they told me my UIF nr is incorrect. So I spoke to the owner of the company and he double check the number and he gave me the correct U19 nr No please tell me for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me. SO ARE WE LEFT WITH INCOMPITANT STAFF??That can’t read or respond to a simple email. Do we have to go this route of shouting and screaming..Is this the only way they will wake up and assist. Maybe it is the fact that they are getting paid for DOING NOTHING!!There is people out there that need a job… So is someone going to assist me or should I get my attorney’s involved in this matter. Can I please get a respond by the end of the day Thank you Martin van Eeden
