Incompident

I am currently unemployed and have been applying online for UIF. My first claim I waited three months to get my money and when reapplying I get an SMS stating the claim is processed and money will be paid out. I have reapp**** now and no response. I have called wasted my airtime as I waited an hour to speak to someone I have emailed and got a response your ticket has been logged but still no response. All I need to know is how many payments do I get and if I still have funds due to me. Clearly the people working in back office has no empathy and don't even respond to emails.i should at least get a minimum of six payments as I have worked 20 years and paying UIF and never claimed before. What is the point of doing this online if you don't get assistance
