*********** UIF assistance

I have been trying to register since the beginning of May...the contact number is constantly out of service and they don't respond to emails to web support. I am blocked from entering because I don't have a temporary password...it was never sent! I phoned the branch in my area and they said I must download the form and FAX it to JHB!!! Who uses faxes ? I don't have one...***********!!!! HOW CAN I COMPLY WITHOUT COMPETENT ASSISTANCE??? This is ridiculous!!! Another useless government department....
