Im really trying my level to understand this, why am I treated as if though im asking money from the government when in actual fact I've worked and contributed for me to have access to that money.(UIF)

I visited the labour department in Eldorado Park early April and to date I still haven't received a payment. I'm being sent from pillar to post and the consultants at the help desk are not very helpful at all! I honestly don't appreciate the service I received, and to make matters worse when you try and phone the labour department you never seem to get through!

It just sickens me that there is no one who can assist me.
