I'd like to complain about the disgusting service I received from The Labour department. On the 15th of January I went to submit my UIF claim at Khayelitsha in Harare and was told to wait 35 days for the claim to be processed. On the 19th of February I went back to check the status of my claim but I was told that my claim along with all the claims that were submitted on the 15th of January were not reflecting on the system. I was told to go to Mitchell's plain labour center to query it. The staff members must be held accountable because I did my part but the employees didn't do their work. I cant be wasting my time and money because some people failed to do their job. I want them to find my documents and process my claim. I won't wait another 35 days because that would make it 70 days.
