*********** Department of Labour - UIF

I am soooo disappointed and disgusted with the way the Dept of Labour is working and treating people. They are totally *********** and has absolutely no idea what they are doing!!!

I have submitted my UIF claim in February already and have ever since been phoning them every week just to be told a different story by a different person every single time. The cherry on the cake for me is when I phone today just to get told that my documents have never been submitted yet after I got told two weeks ago that all is submitted and was promised that everything will be settled before this month ends.

I am so fed up and has lost all trust in our country's systems, nothing but nothing is working the way it should or not even at all.
