I app**** for my maternity Benefit in April, submitted all the required documents but I have yet to receive my payment. The agents are deceiving , they come up with turn around times which cannot be met. I currently have no salary to live off and I am unable to support my newborn child . Every time I call the contact centre it’s always the same response the matter is escalated but never resolved.
