I have submitted my UFO claim on the 23 December 2019 I was at the labour department on Monday the 03/02/2020 they took all my stuff agen and said I must come back on Thursday the 06/02/20 and yet when I got there they told me that I need to rest apply. The lady that assisted me on Monday couldn't find my file now I need to reapply what the hell. Can't these people do their jobs properly. Must it always get to a complaint. I'm not waiting another 2 months for an approval. I need it to be fixed asap.
