I app**** for uif on the 09/12/2015 and I received an sms on the same day to say that my application will be processed within 35 days. My next signing date was the 16/01/16, so I went to the dept of labour on my signing date and the person that assisted me stated that I will receive and sms once approved and my next signing date was the 18/02/16, which is today, but prior to today. I went ot the dept of labour about 2 weeks agoto find out what happened to my application and they said that the company had not submitted the ui19 forms and I told them that I submitted all document and they were submitted on the 09/12/15 and the lady that assisted me took a copy of the ui19 form and gave me a copy and she said I will receive an sms or or before 18/02/16 and no sms received. I went today only to find out that there is a system problem and my application is still not approved. I was assisted by Simon Khoza and he said that there was a system problem and my application was not processed. I have to wait so long for my money. I have not paid my rent since January 16 and have not bought any food. My application will only be approved in 2 weeks time. That really sucks
