incompetence in government services

It is now two months that I have not received my money, UIF. The messed uo part is that for as long as I have been employed the past number of years, his money was deducted ecery month on time and taxes, yet when I need it back I get asked to bring the same documents over and over again for no apparent or logical reason. My friend has also been doing it since May this year and she has a new born baby to take care of as opposed to wasting time doing senseless submission of documents.
