Incompetence at Springs Department of labour.

If there was rating for 0 I would give the Springs Branch a 0 I've never seen such incompetence and disregard for empathy, I've been submitting claims since March 2021 more than a year and a half later I'm told they cant find my file and that I need to resubmit.
