Impressive hardworking branch

<p>My initial claim was logged at Roodepoort. Not a helpful bunch with the exception of Oupa.</p> <p><br />Roodepoort branch doesn't even bother to answer their phones when you call to follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>That's when I decided to call Krugersdorp branch. A very helpful lady Nellie answered and told me the progress on my claim. When<br />I had to go back I didn't feel lost at all. From the moment you walk in there is someone who directs you to the correct q. What's more is even the security are pleasant and clued up.<br />The q's are so well managed. Pregnant ladies or those with babies are called and assisted fast. But I mean even if you don't fall under that category someone also comes now and then and makes up another faster q. Everyone at Krugersdorp branch are actually working. Not just at a certain time but the whole time. I recall their system going off and Presley told me to leave my papers he will submit and come back to me. Which actually happened.<br />Even today when I went to sign for my second claim I was just blown away again. I was in and out in an hour. No need to sit for hours confused if you even in the right q.<br />Krugersdorp bunch are impressive. So efficient. They look like they want to work and they want to help you. And they actually work and help you. Even the lady whom helped today, I couldn't get her name but I know she has versus from Psalms 23 on her desk. She was friendly, fast and patient when I had questions.<br />Wow I really recommend the Krugersdorp branch. They ate amazing.</p>
