Impossible to get answers or any help at all!!!

Good day. <br> <br> I have handed ALL the correct forms to uif to claim for 4 months unemployment in May 2015.<br> I have been told that everything is processed and that I will be paid out in 10 days numerous times, only to be disappointed once again. I have phoned , emailed and begged for my money. {if i am lucky enough to get through} I phone weekly, and there is never a clear answer or permanent solution to what i am experiencing. Please can someone help?<br> <br> I have dealt with only one person that communicated back, but now she is also completely ignoring my emails and calls. her name is Riana Venter and she might have all my emails sent so far.
