I'm very disappointed by this system or poor service at labour offices

I'm very disappointed by this system or poor service at labour offices. Its been 6 months going back and forth claiming my unemployed funds the 7 days waiting period elapsed for the 5th times .Today I live in fear of being envicted and my children might not be accepted back at school in January . I can't feed my children properly because you think claiming my money it's a favour . Kindly assist with the matter
