I'm so extremely disappointed in Department of Labour uif claims

I'm so extremely disappointed in Department of Labour uif claims. I app**** for my uif since beginning of April 2021 and to date haven't received a cent. I hate to wake up everyday just to write a bad review on how bad the service is. Please assist.
