I'm Blockedfrom account and they don't answer their phones

What a disgrace !!I am an employee of a Domestic Worker and I have had problems for 4 months now They don't answer the phone even after holding on for 35 minutes at regular trials I got one answer today from STEPHANIE at the efiling login call centre !! I explained that I am locked out of my account and gave her my I'd number ...she was very RUDE ..and said my account is unlocked now ....I thanked her and tried to log on ...MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED !!! IM ON THE PHONE AGAIN..IVE BEEN HOLDING ON FOR 15 MINUTESALREADY I am so flipping mad at this *********** lot ....and I dont feel like a Damn Valued Client!!
