ILLNESS CLAIM since July 2022

Cannot get proper service. My case has been under review and now I am told that it's been escalated to the Pronvince Office. The latest is the my case is sent for "recalculation?" Since July 2022 until today 09th Dec, this is not yet resolved. Question is when and who can give resolve this?
