Illness claim

Im currently on temporary disability leave as declared by my medical doctor.i.am unable to receive an income from my employer, . I visited the department of labour twice and they don't want to accept my claim. Department of labour Kempton park are saying the documts are incorrect but HR and payroll confirmed that provided documents are correct.

I'm currently sick and unable to buy medication as prescribed by my doctor,, as I nearly collapse at their office. They are sending ne from pillar to post

I am mentally exhausted
