If I could rate the Department of Labour zero stars I would

Same story as all the other people on here. I have claimed UIF on the 22nd of October 2020. Today it is the 9th of February and I haven't received any money yet. This is the most useless Department in Government. I had to pay my UIF every month for as long as I worked. Now that I actually need it they can't be bothered to do the jobs that they are paid for to sort this out. Get people who can do the work, or fire the *********** idiots that occupy that space.
