I went to department of labour Marlboro on 18 February to apply for uif then I got approved from there June I got one month contract job then it ended on 30 June,when I check on the uif online portal my claim still active they say I can't get the money I should re apply,then went to labour to re apply they say I should apply online then I told them that the online system doesn't allow me to apply it says I still have active claim what should I do now the I answer get from them is that there's nothing they can do.
