I want my money

Good morning, I'm so disappointed by this payment process. I have been paying UIF since 2002, last year October I got retrenched. I app**** for UIF and I was told to come December the 12th 2024. I came December, filled up the forms and I was told to come back in February 2025 to sign up for my money, I got the payment in March and I was happy. April, May nothing came through and I was advised to reapply and I did that, up until today I haven't received anything and I'm still unemployed. Why and I struggling to get the payments that are due to me, I mean I have been contributing for such reasons of unemployment. It's been back and forth with emails and they keep saying they are verifying, what are they verifying that takes this long to release my funds??????????????

I sent them an email in June as well as July still nothing.

I'm so angry right now, I'm relying on this money, I need to support and maintain my kid and right now I have no means.

I need my money that I have been paying for all these years because this delay makes no financial sense to me.
