I WANT MY MONEY AN A VERY GOOD EXPLANATION...

Good day<br> I am very unhappy about the services in department of labour!!!!!<br> I went to the branch in Pretoria in Skinner street in September 2015 to submit my documentation the lady that was helping me informed me that payment will be done within the next 7 to 10 days and I waited then I phoned them after two weeks time and the people informed me that there is some paper work outstanding I have sended it to them and they received it when I went into my personal information on ufiling I saw that payment was done on the 05/11/2015 and I called the number and they said that they will check what is going on because I have not received any payment. And everytime I call they have all kind of excuses<br> This is really unacceptable because you would think that you will receive your payment because all paper work was received HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR MY PAYMENT TO BE DONE MY CHILD IS ALMOST A YEAR OLD AND NOTHING HAS COME FROM THE MATERNITY LEAVE I NEED AN EXPLANATION AND I WANT MY MONEY.I NEED SOMEONE TO GIVE ME A CALL REGARDING ALL THIS NONSENSE BECAUSE THIS IN UNACCEPTABLE YOU GO ON MATERNITY LEAVE YOU HAVE EXPENSES BUT NO ONE AT THE DEPARTMENT WOULD DO ANYTHING TO HELP..EXCUSES EXCUSES!!!
