I Want my money

Department of Labour Alberton deserves a thumbs down a million times, i went there for over 5 times and always get turned back with the same story that my UI-19 was incorrect, when i went for the 6th time they said all along my UI-19 was correct the employees there probably did not know what they were doing (ofcos they dont), after they eventually helped me they told me to call them back after 6weeks, when i do the receptionsist speaks as if she is beyond bored, when she transfeers me whoever answers the phone tells me to call again after a week or resubmitt. I think i am entitled to my money it belongs to me
