i want my money

i am so disapointed with the service i am currently receiving from brakpan labour department i made a claim in august 2017 for martenity benefit since then till now it hasnt come out im back at work already .each time i go there or phone them they tell me they waiting for my permit verification my question is how long does it take just to verify a permitt and why at other branches it does not take this long (i got a sister who claimed thru randburg it took her 4weeks only and she started receiving payment )if this is not open to foreigners then just let us know and not make us waste time going for claims and also stop deducting the money on our payrolls . brakpan is the worst place ever there is no production whtasoever
