I signed for my money twice and no funds where transfered into my account

Mr. Ben thabo sethokga id ********** 325089 started applying for my uif at Labour department at their bochum offices on the 19/06/2017 after I left my job on the 31/07/2017.

1. 19/06/2017 (I was told i have wrong documents and told to come back on the 10/july/2017) 2. 10/july/2017 (their offices were closed no reason given message passed by security ) 3. *** (my documents were submitted) 4. 25/09/2017 (made to sign registration) 5. 09/10/2017 (made to sign again) 6. 12/10/2017 (I was asked to come to their offices at seshego to give reasons for my late submission, which I did. 7. Received a call from caroline (supervisor informing me that the claim will be rejected. 8. Received message that reads:uif notice of appeal rejected contact local Labour centre.
