I need some answers

I know labour department pays only the past four years. But how come I worked since 2012 up until this year April when the contract ended and I never claimed for uif since I worked, so how come I will get my contributions for only four months four months! After I have been contributing alot of money?? Why? Are labour worker's eating our monies.. I need some answers this is pure *******.

I was told that at Mitchell's plain labour department.
