Good day.i have experienced that the burgersfort department of labour center officials are not working.when we apply for whatever funds such as maternity or uif benefits.they just don't capture our application papers.and we keep on doing follow ups and telling us that our application are on process while they know very well they didn't capture our applications in order to be processed.and last week on 06 November 2024 I went there to sign for 6th payment.but it seems like they never processed my application.for instance after singing for the payment same day at around 20H00 pm if I check my payment status it will say payment in process.then tomorrow when check again payment status it will say payment collected it showed they captured applications.so after payment collected I will receive payment but still payment status it will never change until I go to sign again.they don't respect us.they just sit down and tell us there's no network.but there's no loadshedding that will interrupt network anymore.they need us pay them in order to help us.while we do have money.theres a lots of *******ion in burgersfort department of labour center under sekhukhune municipality.or greater Tubatse
