I have no works honestly

I have been going since January for my UIF claim. I have not received my payment. Every month if go on the date provided by labour centre. 4th June i was at the labour centre and they advised that their systems are offline. We can come back the next day or Friday. I went back today 06 June 2025 and when i get to the office they advised me that they have locked my payment because i was not there on the 3rd. But i was there. Their systems was offline. The call centre number is also not working. I am very frustrated and i feel this is not fair.
