i have filled for my UIF claims since October 2015

hello peter<br> <br> my name is Naledi Marcia Mohoje id number is *** I have since claim for my UIF claims benefits since October 2015 in goodwood and I was told to go and check my claims in Bellville as it is near to where I stay, so after six weeks I went but nothing...only to be told that my documents where not finished I should go back to goodwood to ask them what is wrong which I did it was November 2015 still the next day they couried the document to Bellville to be processed and I was told to come back in 10 days which was going to be December 2015, I didi and I was told the supervisor was on leave and I should come back...we are now in 2016 January...till now I have not been help instead I have been toasted from pilar to post...please help I am not working and I need my fianance
