i hate it the didn't do their job

I app**** for my late mother's money but they ddnt prossess my application it was 2006 and I went to box burg labour department that's were they told me I Neva app**** at all and they started the application all over again last year November im still waiting for them to reply me I'm not working I'm the only child to my mom with 2kids iv been looking for a job but no luck what should I do cause my mom's money will help me feed myself and my kids labour department don't want to give my mom's money she worked hard for the mine to luk afta me but now I have to bag them tto give me the money
