I don't owe the uif a single cent

These guys are the pits. Still insisting I owe them money when I've proved numerous times with supporting documentation, that I in fact do not. You can send them emails and spell things out for them, but they continue to ignore facts that stare them in the eyes. And they'll ask for the same stuff to be sent, time & time again just to mess you around.
