I app**** for UIF ILLNESS BENEFITS 16 July 2024 and till now I haven’t received feedback, I sent numerous emails to commissioner Teboho maruping, Eunice, jane monoto, office of the president and it’s way past their turnaround time, the last email from Jane, she said my claim may be declined because I consulted after termination on the 1st July 🤷🏼♀️make it make sense, all supporting documents stated that I’m on illness leave without salary, who terminated me, I demand my claim before the end of business day, I also called the call centre and I was told to follow up on the 6 of September 🤷🏼♀️Jane monoto is not responding to my email, I have never encountered such incompetence , it’s a pathetic
