I am sick of waiting

I have been on maternity leave since 1 October 2015, I was told I would get payment the 29th Dec but they were closed. I went a week later and I was told I need a new ui 2.7 form and a letter from work I have handed everything in when I went to find out how long it will take for payment they said it would be by last week and Friday they were supposed to pay me R 9078 and they only paid me R 3800 I was supposed to sign for my last payment on Friday of R 1010 and the previous payment wasn't even fully paid. When they try to make payment it says exhausted benefits but they can see they still owe me so how does it work?? I have been calling and nobody ever answers I started working today and still no payment! Why do I have to wait so long on my own money?
