HUGE BUG on New Website: Declaration Manager

Since Ufiling changed their website over to a new service provider. There is a HUGE BUG!!!

All of my payments for my Domestic Worker besides May are up to date. I went in to go and pay for May at the beginning of the month and noticed an amount in the thousands owing in Declarations which is impossible to the amount in the hundreds I pay each month. It also shows some months in one section are up to date and then in payment history a few of these show 0 paid.

Then on the BUG issue, when I click declaration Manger on the left pane the amount in amount due triples each time. This amount is now ridiculous.

No body has bothered to respond to my e-mails and no body answers at the Call Centre when they are online as alot of the time the answering machine says they are closed between random hours in the day.

This is just unacceptable when I am trying to do the right thing for my Employee.
