how long must one wait?

Since December 2015 I've been trying to get access to my ufiling account but as they were closed and opened on 4.01.16. When calling on that day i was told that the people dealing with that is leave. On the 11.01.16 i lodged a complaint with the Presidential hotline(***) and have sent letters to the Presidents Office, Minister of Labour, Director General, uFilng department and the Public Protector and im still waiting for someone to get back to me.
