How long must i still wait???

In the early days of September I called Deparment of labour to find out how and what is happening with my documentation regarding payment they said to me they need a UI19 form from the company I work for I got that emailed it to them at *** and then on the 09/09/2015 I went there to submit my documentation for payment the lady said I will receive my payment 7-10 days last week I called them again and then it was past 10 days already the call centre agent told me that now they need another documentation from my work....<br> My question is when I was there why did they not tell me that they need all these documentation when I was there in the first place and if I did not had registered myself on ufiling then I wont have noticed that my payment was received by the paymaster on the 12/09/2015 and then cancelled on the 19/09/2015 again due to documentation that is outstanding..<br> This is really unacceptable and how long must I really wait to get any payment next month on the 14/10/2015 I need to go there again and I hope for pete sake that I will not have to go trough this again.....
