HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MATERNITY BENEFITS!!!!

I app**** for my Maternity Benefits in October online the site told me all files have been received and that it is at the Assesor eventually after I wasn't receiving any information I called the labour Department it took me 3 days of calling to finally get through to someone which they then told me there were apparently documents missing ( So if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting) I then sent the 2 outstanding documents they requested which they keep sending me an email saying they have not received the documents I have sent the documents to them 7 times already and I keep getting the same email back! This is getting ridiculous as I've been home since October with no money......then I call and they tell me they will escalate the call and they does nothing! This is now getting ridiculous
