How is this possible without *****???

After they denied paying out my UIF claim of the period (5 May - 31 July) I had no income because I found a new job starting 1 Aug, they said I must register on the ufiling website and put in an appeal. This is now the second time it gets canceled by user, but I was not even on the website at that time. Somehow there is ***** or something not right.
