horrific service

the service i have witnessed at this branch is appalling.<br> I went to UIF Orlando in Soweto on the 25/10/2014, to apply for my uneployment fund. i was told to further apply for a maternity fund, which i did. submitted all the required documens the following month and told that i needed to wait for a month before getting my funds.<br> I then went back after a month and 14days to enquire with regards to this matter, I was told that the office were under contsrustion to go to the Roodeport brach. I went there and was to told to resubmit the documents. which i did. i waited another 14days to see if the funds were paid in and there was still nothing.<br> i went back to the Roodeport brach to enquire further with regards to this matter.<br> i was told to go to Orlando branch as the renovations were done. I spoke to Lucky who then informed me that I need to submit the documents again. I then sent my dad to submit the docs( under Lucky's instrustion). He came and gave me form to fill out and submit back. I then took the document back and was told its wrong I need to submit docs again. i then took docs to Orlando again delt with the male Team Leader who told me the office was closed due to financial
