Horrible service from department of labour in soweto orlando west

I go there In the morning at 9 it was a bit quicker the gentlemen who helped me checked my uif claims documents and said they were fine all i needed to do was to take a uif form to the bank to be filled..i took a taxi from that department to jabulani mall to fill the form at the bank..came back very fast around to 12 I sitted there until my bums were sore and it was not full ..there were pensioners as well ,disabled, and pregnant woman ..they didnt even have time for them or even give them first preference in their conditions ..they queued just like everybody elseI'm sure we were about 40 to be exact..all the counters were empty...they would go to the back wonder around. ..chat amoungst each other..others would come back help for a few minutes maybe 2 people go to the back again come back chewing ..it was all a mess and a waist of time it was as though they were doing a go slow.....some lady was at her counter but busy with her things not calling people to serve them...she finally called me to come and she checked my papers and said my documents are not complete an ID number of the person who was filling my forms was required as well for verification...I then asked what I must do now ..she said i don't know I can't help you. .the person who checked in your forms earlier should have picked up something was missing so I really don't know what you should do ..before I could even leave she was calling next please. ...I'm soo ****ed off kindly change the staff there for better service.
